Bernard P. Roesch is the co-founder and managing partner of MISSION. Bernard’s background in the manufacturing and defense sectors affords him a unique perspective regarding QuickBooks – he understands the intricacies of complex environments and applies this knowledge to companies of all sizes and across all industries. Bernard has designed integrated performance measures for long-term forecasting, cash flow valuation, and developed long term plans for myriad business units.
With more than 20 years of consulting experience and multiple Intuit ProAdvisor certifications, Bernard possesses the high-level skills to “pull it all together” with an emphasis on business application and integration. Bernard holds an MBA from Harvard University in Finance and Operations Management. He also holds an undergraduate degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Math and Physics.

Sharon L. Aks, founder of Simply Financials PLUS, is a CPA who provides her small and mid-sized business clients with CFO and controller-level services. She gained her diverse experience by working in family businesses as well as employment with blue-chip companies such as Mobil, General Electric, and Ernst & Young.
Sharon’s accomplishments include the oversight of many projects such as daily general ledger accounting, cash flow improvement, inventory logistics, training and installations for QuickBooks, converting QuickBooks to PC Law, new reporting systems, and government regulatory filings. Sharon is experienced in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, services, clean tech, legal, banking, telecom, oil and gas, and nonprofit.
Sharon earned a BS in Accounting from Syracuse University, and received an MBA in Finance from Pace University. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Connecticut Society of CPAs.

Colleen M. Holler brings high quality accounting and administrative skills to MISSION. Colleen’s experience includes over 30 years of accounting work, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and financial management, and staff training and development. She has over 20 years of expertise in QuickBooks.
Colleen’s exceptional accounting skills help clients manage complex bookkeeping challenges. Before joining MISSION, Colleen was Director of Religious Education for St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Trumbull, CT, a part-time accountant for LaLuna Tax Service, Controller of STWS Inc., and Accounting Manager for Tucker Anthony Inc. Colleen received her BA in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College and earned membership into the National Accounting Honor Society.

Deb Lundgren is a highly motivated, skilled accountant and controller with over 20 years of experience with QuickBooks and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Deb sharpened her exceptional accounting management skills working for one of the ten largest regional brokerage and investment banking corporations, a Fortune 500 company, and has shared her expertise with numerous industries including property management, real estate, the medical industry, and investment banking.
Deb has a breadth of experience and serves her clients’ business and accounting needs by offering business planning, consultation, and reviews of financial statements. Endra Newell Endra Newell, owner of The Tic and Tie Company LLC, is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over 15 years of experience in accounting, human resource management and payroll administration serving both non-profit and for-profit businesses.
Endra’s easy-going style, professionalism and knowledge has helped many small business owners gain confidence and understanding of their finances. Jamie Antonucci owner of Bottom Line Bookkeeping, provides bookkeeping services for small businesses, executives, and individuals. For over 20 years, she’s helped her clients free up valuable time to concentrate on other important aspects of their work and become an integral part of their success.

Prior to joining MISSION, Carol was a Credit and Portfolio Manager with Pitney Bowes Credit Corporation and Control Manager for Macy’s Inc. in Stamford, CT.
Carol has been active in the community, currently serving as Trustee for the Erwin S. Fairchild and Edythe C. Fairfield Trust and Treasurer of the Fairchild Nichols Memorial Library Association. She has served the Bridgeport Diocese Synod, Trumbull school system, and Notre Dame Fairfield Club as a volunteer. Carol received her BA in Government and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.

Gina Palacio, owner of Level and True Accounting Services LLC, has 15 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper who provides training in QuickBooks. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and XERO Silver Partner with payroll certification and experience in income tax preparation. Gina specializes in accounting, software training, and sales tax consulting.
